Second Training Run

We have our second training run in 10 minutes.  I had told the students that they should eat a light snack about an hour before we ran so they had energy.  I suggested an apple and peanut butter, Greek yogurt and granola, some nuts, string cheese and a piece of fruit. 

I saw Ivan sitting on the steps eating his choice of a light snack:

Curly fries with cheese and meat all dipped in Ranch dressing.  I guess I might need to have another talk about nutrition with these guys.
